optimum nutrition whey

I found this protein shake to be one of the best out of the ones I've tried. Optimum nutrition whey is perfect and tastes like fruit candy :)

Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey Protein contains 24 grams of protein, only 2-3 grams of carbohydrates, 1.5 grams of fat and minimal lactose, the choice of brand is clear, now to decide what flavor and size! Optimum's 100% Whey Protein comes in 1, 2 and 5 pound containers and is available in Double Rich Chocolate, Chocolate Mint, Cookies and Cream, Strawberry and Vanilla.

This stuff tastes Great ( I've used both Double-Chocolate and Strawberry mixed in with Vanilla Yogurt or Milk ).

In my honest opinion, "the BEST" protein product out there would have to be "Profect" by Protica Research. It's actually the stuff used by gastric bypass patients. It's 25 grams of high-absorb protein in only 2.7 fluid oz that literally tastes like fruit candy. But, it's way too expensive and a two-months supply can set you back a couple of hundred bucks easily. Because of this, it's better suited strictly toward its medical purposes.

This product is also not the "most cost-effective". There are plenty of other whey products out there that are much much cheaper and have just as much protein content, but they all pretty much taste like doo doo. What's the point in torturing yourself to save a few bucks? Cost is definitely an important factor, but not the most important.

Try it for yourself, you will love the taste and get the protein.. like getting the cake and eating it as well.

July's playboy playmate photoshoot for axis magazine lands UCF coach in very hot water.

Orlando-based Axis magazine did a feature about Florida native and UCF alum Shanna McLaughlin—July’s Playboy Playmate. Axis decided to create a sexy spread on McLaughlin using the University of Central Florida’s locker room as a backdrop. The photo shoot also includes McLaughlin in sexy and risque poses while wearing UCF memorabilia and holding a UCF Knights’ helmet. In addition to the photo shoot, a behind-the-scenes video was posted on Axis‘ site.

After the photo shoot and video was brought to the attention of UCF's administration, it became clear that the photo shoot was not authorized by the school. The coach said he did speak to the magazine about the photoshoot, although he did not ask the nature of the photo shoot. Instead asked if the magazine will be distributed across the campus.

I don't know what to say, the school should be proud of its alumni. Hope the coach gets out of this mess.

Steve Slater a jet blue flight attendant is held on bail for an awesome display of non-tolerance to harrassing customers.

JetBlue Flight 1052 from Pittsburgh had taxied to a stop at Terminal 5, Gate C around noon Monday when flight attendant Steven Slater, 38, was struck in the head with luggage that a passenger was trying to unload from an overhead compartment, according to an airport official with knowledge of the incident.

Slater demanded an apology from the passenger, the official said, but the passenger refused. The two argued before the passenger told Slater to “f— off”, the official said.

Slater then got on to the PA and blurted out profanity directed at all the passengers and "especially to the man that refused to apologize". After such an action slater activated the airplane's emergency exit slide, grabbed a few beers and slid down to the tarmac, and ran to his car making his way home.

Steve Slater will probably now be an icon for anyone working in customer service.

Former Senator, believed to be among the nine along with ex-NASA Administrator Sean O'Keefe in a small airplane that crashed Monday night in Alaska. It is said that only four of the nine had survived. The identities of the survivors and victims has not been released by Alaska National Guard.

The rugged wilds of Alaska can be a very dangerous place to fly over in small planes, which many do. Iconic social commentator and comedian Will Rogers died in a plane crash there in 1935, as did Louisiana Democrat Thomas Hale Boggs Sr., then the House Majority Leader.

Since Alaska National Guard hasn't yet released the identities of the survivors and the perished, it is still only believed that ted stevens was on board the aircraft. Friends of former U.S. Sen. Ted Stevens said he was traveling Monday to the GCI-owned Agulowak Lodge near Lake Aleknagik, and no one has answered the phone at the homes of Stevens' daughter, Susan Covich, in Kenai, or his son, Ben, in Anchorage.

Lets hope for the best
